    On March 27, 2008 I ordered a Dell XPS M1730 laptop computer over the phone (Dell Purchase ID and Order Number available upon request). The order was promptly shipped to an address in Texas and the equipment was received in good working order.   • laptop problems

    I purchased a laptop lest than a year ago and have had 3 house calls service and I was sent a hard drive to repair 2 months after getting the laptop. I had a service tech come out to fix one problem on Friday and another problem came on and another tech came out to fix a new problem 2 days later. only to find out that this tech has worsen the problem. I contacted case management office and they are not doing anything about it. Do anyone know what I should do about this.     I ordered a Dell 20" S2009W on/l on 6/17. I requested to pay with Paypal. Everything looked like it was fine, but on Sat. I realized I didn't get a customer order number. I called Dell and they told me that my order didn't "push through". What is that? How could that happen. They told me the Monitor was no longer on sale for $89.     I would recommend that no person ever buys a product from Dell. The Custoemr Service staff make false promises, tell blatant lies and thewn do not follow through with agreed actions. Everytime I contact Dell I have to go throught he same information exchange and then I am told that a different department will have to get back to me. Dell have my laptop returned to them but they continually lie about the resolution. I agreed to a full refund, which they then , the next day, advised by email that it "was not going to happen".     2/13/09 Here is the saga of my wonderful experience with Dell “customer service” from hell: On December 1st, I ordered a Dell desk top system. Purchase ID. 2000321716449. December 3rd I received an email from Dell, saying the order was being delayed, with a ship date of December 16th.     I recently (October 2008) needed to upgrade the storage capacity of my Dell 4600, which I'd purchased in 2003.     It appears that the unending criticism on the Internet and in newspapers and magazines around the globe cannot move Dell to service its products in a responsible way. Personally, I have been trying for almost two weeks to get my Dimension E510 back into operation and I have heard every story in the book.     Bought a computer on 4/6/08 and supposed to have it shipped on 4/10/08. That date I've got an email letting me know that has been a delayed : will be on 4/17/08.
